Shipping Policy

When we will provide the products.

  1. For precious and non-precious alloy casting or milling the turnaround delivery time is 10 working days from receiving the impressions.
  2. For any other custome made dental devices the turnaround delivery time is 5 working days after the day of which we receive the impressions.
  3. If a Try-in stage is required, the framework will arrive back to you complete with wax set-up teeth and articulated bite within 5 working days.

Refund Policy

The cost of manufacturing custom-made dental appliances and restorations cannot be refunded. K&S Dental Laboratory offers in general 6 months guarantee against fracture which warrent most restorations and appliences to be eligible for remake. However, some restorative materials may be guaranteed by the manufacurer for up to 5 Years. 

Exceptions: The following restoration and appliances are not covered by such warranty due to their temporary or delicate nature:

  • Temporary crowns
  • Veneers
  • Ceramic wings
  • Removable orthotics
  • Nightguards
  • Retainers

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cancelling Your Order:

  • Cancelling your order within 24 hours of purchase will receive a full refund
  • Cancelling your order after the production started will incurre a cancellation fee which will be deducted from your refund.

Returning Unwanted Items - when patient has gone away or rejected the work.

  • We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery, but only where products are not listed as non-returnable, or marked as such on your order paperwork.
  • Please note where applicable the cost of delivery will be deducted from your refund.

Returning a Product Because it Has a Fault - Notation not followed, Not fitting well, Design or esthetical issues

  • The cost of manufacturing custom-made dental appliances and restorations cannot be refunded.
  • We will adjust, reline or remake the restorations or appliences to meet the customer satisfaction.

Remake policy:

We are happy to remake, adjust or repair the returned appliences free of charge if received within 30 days of the invoice date. However, charges will apply under the following circumstances:

  • The original restoration or appliance is not returned.
  • A reduction coping is fabricated for the tooth or teeth.
  • The bite or impression sent is different from the original one.
  • The lab questions a margin or impression and the Dentist approves the completion of the case
  • Tooth or teeth are re-prepped or modified.
  • Study models and/or specific instructions (written on the prescription) were not provided for anterior cases.
  • Minimum or no-prep veneers are not covered by our policy.
  • The shade changes, and it’s a different colour from what was initially requested.
  • The restorative material requested for the remake is different from the original order.
  • The lab advises the Dentist that the quality of the work cannot be guaranteed, and the Dentist still approves the completion of the case.
  • Remakes related to bonding issues (when bonding or cementation techniques are used)
  • Metal-free restorations that are temporarily cemented.
  • For eligible remakes within 30 days of the invoice date, but without the original case, the Lab shall remake these cases at 100% of the retail price of the restoration at the time the request is made.
  • The lab provides a guarantee for the materials used for all orthotic appliances, nightguards and retainers. However, the guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, including discoloration.
